iServe - Dubai Police Fleet Management

As a Backend Developer and UI Designer, I played a key role in the development of iServe—a corporate car sharing solution for Dubai Police's electric vehicle fleet.

Working with a joint venture between Catec and Falken Herz, in collaboration with technology partner Jointscope, I developed the administration panel and designed the UI for the mobile app. Additionally, I created a proof-of-concept for the app.

iServe successfully streamlined car sharing operations, reducing costs and promoting sustainable transportation within Dubai Police. The system enabled efficient fleet management for their electric vehicle program.

This project demonstrated my ability to work on government-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver solutions that promote sustainability.
